Business
Assessment/Quality Improvement
Finding the "right person" for the "right
job" with the "right skills" is critical to business
success. More and more, industry is calling upon Oklahoma Technology
Centers to assist with employee testing to determine skill levels,
job matches and professional development options.
-
JOB PROFILING
or analysis, is a process used to identify required skill
levels for jobs. This method serves to enhance interviewing
or pre-hire procedures that may need improvement.
-
PRE-EMPLOYMENT ASSESSMENT
(applicant screening) provides aptitude and ability information
on applicants who apply for jobs. By providing this information
as a part of the pre-employment process, companies match potential
employees to the jobs they "fit." This process reduces
attrition and training time and contributes to higher productivity.
-
ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS
TRAINING is based upon the Myers-Briggs Assessment
Indicator and is provided for individuals, as well as teams,
at all organizational levels. Participants work with their
preferences for communicating, problem solving and other interpersonal
processes.
