How Adult Students Can Enroll.

Enrollment in Health Science related programs
  The Health Science programs Dental Assisting, Medical Assisting, Practical Nursing, Radiologic Technology, Surgical Technology) have a separate enrollment process.
If you are interested in any of these programs

Enrollment in Aviation Maintenance Technology programs
  The Aviation Maintenance Technology programs have a separate enrollment process.
If you are interested in any of these programs

Enrollment for all other career majors

  Adults may attend on a full-time or half-time basis. A 600-hour career major takes approximately five months to complete on a full-time basis. Most career majors are self-paced and may require more or less time to complete. College credit is available for most career majors with the $8/college hour transcription fee included in the tuition cost. Books, supplies and related fees may cost extra.
Step 1

Visit Enrollment Services

Complete the application and assessment testing at either the North or South Enrollment Center. A $10 fee (cash or money order) and photo ID are required.

Step 2 Meet with a Career Advisor.
Step 3

Make payment or arrange for financial aid. A $35 non-refundable deposit is required.

Step 4 Meet with a site counselor. Additional documentation may be required.

 

General Information

 

Course Times

Course times may vary by campus. The following is a guideline:

Morning session: 7:40 - 10:30 am
Afternoon session: 11:25 am - 2:15 pm
Lunch: 10:30 - 11:25 am
Evening session: varies by major (adult only)

 

College Credit

Metro Tech students may earn from 3 to 44 hours of college credit through cooperative agreements with the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education and area two-year colleges. Visit the College Connection or call 605-2213 to see how much college credit is available for specific majors.

The North Enrollment Services is located in the Business Conference Cener at the Springlake Campus with the following services available:

August 3 - September 4
Monday-Thursday, 7:30am - 6:00pm
Friday 7:30am-4:30pm.

All other months
Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:30 pm
