Financial Service Representative

In this major students learn basic banking and credit principles along with the use of a variety of office machines used in the banking industry.  Students gain interpersonal and telephone skills needed to provide exceptional customer service.

Students obtain their own credit report during orientation and must pass OSBI, drug and credit checks prior to beginning their Work-based learning experiences.

College Credit:

• OSU-OKC - 11-12 credit hours available
