Rough-in Carpenter
This major prepares students for an “in demand” career in rough carpentry. In this major students build forms and stairs as well as frame walls, ceiling and roofs according to sketches, blueprints or oral instructions. Students also work with concrete and reinforcing materials and gain skills in project planning, scheduling, estimating, management and employee supervision.
