How High School Students Can Enroll

There are two options for high school students who want to attend Metro Technology Centers.

Option 1
In District Students
  Option 2
In-District, Home Schooled, Private Schooled Students, Out-of-District
Step 1 Attend presentation at your high school
Step 2 Complete a Program Preference Survey
Step 3 Complete high school application

Step 4 Return all forms to the Metro Tech recruiter at your high school
Step 5 Visit with a Metro Tech staff member to complete enrollment process
Step 6 Complete a Quality Improvement Survey
Step 1 Visit the Student Services Center (North or South), Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm.
Step 2 View a brief video presentation about Metro Tech. You can view the presentation at a Student Services Center or Online in Windows Media Player Format

Step 3 Receive list of available programs or program specific packet.

Step 4 Complete a Program Preference Survey (Download PDF file)
Step 5 Complete high school application

Step 6 Home School students need to bring a completed and notarized affidavit to the Student Services Center
(Download affidavit PDF here)
Step 7 Turn in all forms to the Student Services Center Customer Service Representative.
Step 8 Student will be assigned a recruiter who will assist in completing the enrollment process.
Step 9 Visit College Services Rep (Optional)
Step 10 Student will complete a Quality Improvement Survey
