Program Description

Graphic designers use computers to prepare materials for print and digital media to meet a client’s needs. Students use a variety of design techniques, production skills and software packages to create both print materials and interactive web sites.

The following programs are available:
Graphic Design-Fundamentals prepares students for production artist.
Graphic Design-Print Advertising prepares students for graphic designer.
Graphic Design-Web prepares students for web designer.

Salary Range
Entry Level $7.00 - $12.50/hour
With Experience $12.50 - $18.00/hour
Freelance Graphic Designer
$35.00-$60.00/hour (five or more years experience)
