Program
Description
Bilingual
Customer Services prepares students for entry level office
positions. Students learn computer applications, business
communications, data entry and customer service skills. This
program is for Spanish-speaking students who want to improve
their English language skills. Intense English language acquisition
is included. Students prepare for the Microsoft Office Specialist
(MOS) certification.
The
