Program Description
Choose training in entry level and/or advanced business and office skills to become a valued member of a business office team. Learn all phases of communication, customer service and problem solving. Students prepare for Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification.

The following programs are available:

Customer Services prepares students for data entry clerk, receptionist and customer service representative.

Administrative Services prepares students for administrative
assistant.

Salary Range

Entry Level $8.00 - $10.50/hour
With Experience $9.00 - $11.00/hour
