How to Enroll in Health Science Programs

Step 1: Pre-Entrance Tests/Orientation Session
The assessment you will be given is the ACT Compass. If you would like to learn more about the Compass and even review some sample questions please visit the ACT web site. You may also find it helpful to spend some time with our online math refresher course for a review of basic Math, Algebra, Geometry and Percents.

    COMPASS test information
  • All Pre-Entrance tests are given at our Student Services Centers:
  • Testing is available from 8:00 - 2:30 M-F on a walk-in basis.
  • It is necessary to bring $10 cash and a current photo identification card for testing.
  • The Compass test takes approximately 1.5-2 hours to complete.

The official COMPASS test results, reflecting acceptable scores, MUST be presented at a scheduled orientation.Attendance at one of the following orientations is mandatory.
