Cooperative Agreement Terminology

Advanced Standing Credit (ASC)
ASC is an articulation agreement which students do not co-enroll but receive their "banked" college hours after completing 12 resident hours on the campus offering the credit.

College CreditCo-Enrollment Credits
Students receiving "Co-enrollment agreement" college credits must complete the joint co-enrollment process between Metro Technology Centers and the college DURING THE SEMESTER THE STUDENT IS ENROLLED atMetro Technology Centers. This process includes meeting all college admission requirements for the college to which the student is applying. These credits are considered resident credits.

College transcripting fees for high school and adults:
The cost per college credit hour is $8.00, The college credit transcripting fee is the responsibility of the student and is due at the time of the co-enrollment.

Grading scale for co-enrollments:
Metro Technology Centers students who choose to take advantage of the co-enrollment opportunity will earn a letter grade of "A", "B", "C", "D", or "F" on their college transcript . These grades are included in the student's college G.P.A.

High school cooperative agreement grades and timelines:
Metro Technology Centers students who plan to take advantage of the cooperative agreement credits must be admitted and enroll at the college within two (2) years of completing the Metro Technology Centers program.
