Who qualifies to participate?

Metro Technology Centers-Economic Development Center (MTC-BDC) will screen and review each client's application to the program. A successful candidate must meet a majority of these qualifiers:

• Be a new or early stage business (*Home business, less than 3 years) with a valid business license
• Have a formal business and marketing plan
• Have general liability Insurance
• Be privately held
• Must operate full time (40 hours per week minimum)
• Have adequate working capital to enter into a six-month worry-free lease
• Have the potential to produce jobs in the local area upon graduation
• Have the potential to produce significant revenues in 3 to 5 years
• Have an intent to stay in the Oklahoma City business community upon graduation

*Your business does not qualify for this program if your business has a physical location other than a home office, unless that office is closed down.
